Coaching Philosophy

Play free flowing, high tempo, with energy and urgency. Play an entertaining, high-pressure, attacking style that can score at will, and defend with equal effect using patience, aggression and tenacity. Soccer is a competition, I expect to compete in every game we play. I believe in Possession With A Purpose: We should be able to possess the ball with the goal to move it forward, whether that means 4 or 40 passes. I want my players to be self-sufficient thinkers who make quick decisions and act on the opportunities they see to exploit our opponents and support our team.
